Maintenance Cleaning

Brings it all together — the regular upkeep that keeps your home consistently clean.

Room by room, every visit:

  • General tidying, room by room
  • Kitchen counters, stove tops & microwave
  • Cupboard & appliance surfaces wiped
  • Bathrooms: showers, tubs, toilets, sinks & mirrors
  • Dust baseboards, sills, furniture & light fixtures
  • Spot-clean walls & windows (prints & smudges)
  • Beds made & linens changed (if left out)
  • Sweep, mop or vacuum all floors
  • High-touch areas
  • Garbage removal

Add maintenance service? Pick a frequency, or skip it.

Count the bathrooms you want cleaned every visit. Guest baths and low-use spaces can be done as-needed with a Special, or added to your biweekly service to keep them in top shape year-round.
